PURPOSE: A system for synthesizing and reproducing vehicle noise is provided to synthesize and reproduce interior noise of a vehicle suitable for preference of a user, thereby sharing the interior noise through a web server. CONSTITUTION: A personal mobile communication terminal(20) collects engine state information and noise information of a vehicle by connecting a vehicle interface unit(10). The personal mobile communication terminal uploads or downloads vehicle sound information by connecting a web server(40). The personal mobile communication terminal outputs an engine sound and an interior noise sound corresponding to an operation state of the vehicle to a multi-channel speaker(60) based on the engine state information and the information downloaded in the web server.
