PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting structure of an exhaust pipe which sufficiently prevents the vibration of an internal combustion engine from being transmitted to a car body through the exhaust pipe. SOLUTION: A first exhaust pipe 8 is connected to an exhaust manifold 4 through a first flexible pipe 6, and connected to a second exhaust pipe 12 through a second flexible pipe 10. The first exhaust pipe 8 is supported not only on a car body 26 but also on a sub-frame 22. Whereby the vibration is hardly transmitted to the first exhaust pipe 8 from the engine 2, and further the vibration is hardly transmitted to the car body 26 from the first exhaust pipe 8. Further a supporting position P of the first exhaust pipe 8 is located near the second flexible pipe 10, and the vibration of an end part of the second flexible pipe 10 side of which the transmission to the second exhaust pipe 12 is undesired, can be inhibited, so that the vibration of the engine 2 can be sufficiently prevented from being transmitted to the car body 26 through the first exhaust pipe 8, and the riding comfortableness for occupants can be improved.
