PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous resin dispersion where amino group-including polysiloxane excellent in stability is complexified by synthesizing a specific polysiloxane in the presence of a polymer dispersed in an aqueous medium. SOLUTION: The method of this invention to synthesize (A) amino group- including polysiloxane in the presence of a polymer [pref. (C) (i) tertiary amino group-including polymer] dispersed in (B) an aqueous medium. For example, the method is to subject a compound selected from a group consisting of (D) a monosilane compound having two or more hydrolyzable groups combined with Si, (E) (ii) a polysiloxane having two or more hydroxyl groups combined with Si, (iii) a polysiloxane having both hydroxyl group and a hydrolyzable group respectively combined with Si and (iv) a polysiloxane having two or more hydrolyzable groups combined with Si, and (F) a monosilane compound having amino group and hydrolyzable group combined with Si to (hydrolytic) condensation reaction in the component (i) dispersed in the component B.
