PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fastened nut from being loosened or removed by a burgler, etc., with a commercially available tool such as a wrench or torque wrench. SOLUTION: On the periphery of a nut 4, a first cylindrical cap 8 is fitted rotatably round the axis C and not capable of being drawn off in the axial direction. Also on the periphery of a holder nut 9, a second cylindrical cap 11 is fitted rotatably round the axis C and not capable of being drawn off in the axial direction. Even when one hitches a tool at these caps 8 and 11, it is not practicable to rotate the nut 4 or holder nut 9.
