PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door lock, from which no screw is exposed, which has excellent operationability and from which only a thumb-turn can be removed simply. SOLUTION: A stopper 37 is inserted to the shaft section 32a of a thumb-turn 32, the stopper 37 is pushed by the through-hole 7 of a thumb-turn seat and sunk when the thumb-turn 32 is inserted into the through-hole 7 by installing a spring 38 urging the stopper 37 in the direction that the stopper 37 is projected from the shaft section 32a, and the stopper 37 passed through the through-hole 7 is projected and engaged with the inwall surface of the thumb-turn seat when the thumb-turn 32 is inserted completely. Small holes 33 and 34 for driving operation, into which a thin bar 40 for release pushing the stopper 37 in the sinking direction are inserted, are formed at the thumb-turn seat 30 and a cap.
