摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air bag door structure for a vehicle lightweight and superior in safety and moldability, satisfying various physical properties required for an air bag door part and a cabin side member. SOLUTION: This air bag door structure for a vehicle comprises a cabin side member 10, having an air bag door part 12 formed integrally with a general face 11, and an air bag door reinforcing member 20 integrally jointed to the back face side of the air bag door part 12, when forming the cabin side member 10. The cabin side member 10 is formed of a polypropylene hard resin, and the reinforcing member 20 is formed of polypropylene-based olefin elastomer at 40 wt.% or higher and satisfying S2/S1<1/2 for relation between a peak area S1 showing the fusion heat quantity of polypropylene indicated by differential scanning heat quantity measurement, and a peak area S2 showing the fusion heat quantity of components fused at lower temperature than polypropylene.
