SOLUTION: In the reinforced concrete pole 1 and the concrete-pole reinforcing method, the periphery of the concrete pole 2 is coated with a synthetic resin, and lower-layer glass fiber sheets 6 are bonded by winding the sheets 6 on the concrete pole 2 through a synthetic resin for bonding from the upper section of the synthetic resin.
