<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing and a bearing device for wheel that can suppress the rising of pressure in a bearing when a sealing device is pressed in the bearing. <P>SOLUTION: A hub unit 1 includes: an outer ring 2 having an orbital plane of a stationary side; an inner ring 4 having an orbital plane of a rotation side; rolling bodies 5 arranged in a bearing internal space 6 between the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 4; and a sealing device 8 which is arranged on both edges in an axial direction in the bearing internal space 6 and presses and seals the bearing internal space 6, wherein the sealing device 8 is composed of a cylindrical part 81b and a circular plate part 81c extended to a radially inner side from one end of the cylindrical part 81b and has a core metal 81 formed in an L-letter shape cross-section, and the outer ring 2 has a fitting part 2d where the cylindrical part 81b is fit to the axial end part of an orbital plane side circumferential surface of the outer ring, the outer ring 2 including at least one exhaust hole 9 which is penetrated from the fitting part 2d to the outer circumferential surface in the radial direction of the outer ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
