PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish predetermined vibration for promoting sleep and gives quick transition to an awake condition after good sleep for a preset time. SOLUTION: A cab-over-engine truck 10 has a vehicle engine 11, an engine controller 13, and a cab 10a so formed that an occupant can get therein. A sleeve inducing switch 17 is so provided that an engine controller 13 can change the speed of an engine 11 at preset cycles when an ON-signal is given from the sleep inducing switch 17. The engine controller 13 is so formed that a lower limit value for a variation range of the speed of the engine 11 can be set, a preset cycle can be set and variation range of the speed of the engine 11 can be set. The engine controller 13 is also so formed that the cab 10a can be vibrated in a preset time after the ON-signal from the sleeve inducing switch 17 is input, and that the preset time can be changed.
