FIELD: oil producing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in drives of deep-well sucker-rod pumping units. Used as working member of electrohydraulic oil pumping unit is standard plunger pump with cylindrical housing installed with bottom upwards. Plunger of pump is coupled through belt traction member with adjustable electromechanical drive installed directly on bottom of cylindrical housing. Lower part of plunger is coupled with sucker-rod string through seal in lower part of cylindrical housing. Lower part of said housing is coupled by pipeline, between plunger travel limiter and lower end face of housing, with hydraulic-gas accumulator connected also to adjustable hydraulic pump. Plunger lower and upper position pickups are installed under and over corresponding upper and lower travel limiters. Seal is made in upper travel limiter of cylindrical housing in which belt traction member is placed coupled through lower part with upper cover of plunger. Upper end is secured on drum of electric drive connected to adjustable frequency converter. ^ EFFECT: improved mass-and-dimension characteristics and reliability. ^ 1 dwg
