PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification device capable of obtaining the information of a point where an event is generated, capable of obtaining an actual image, and allowing a use for a system for monitoring a river, intrusion and the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a data reception part 21 for receiving information detected by sensors 11-1 to 11-m, a comparison determination part 22 for comparing the information received by the data reception part 21 with a preliminarily accumulated corresponding threshold information to determine the satisfaction of a notification condition, an image distributing data part 25 for distributing a corresponding image distributing address together with corresponding notification data to a transmission destination corresponding to the received information, when the notification condition is satisfied as a result determined by the comparison determination part 22, and a notification part 26.
