A method for user terminal performing frequency level operation in multimedia broadcast/multicast service MBMS is disclosed, which presets priority of each frequency level. The process of performing frequency level operation includes the following steps: A, user terminal receives MBMS service control information transmitted from network; B, user terminal performs the frequency level operation of the active MBMS service included in the MBMS service control information according to the frequency level operation priority. The method of present invention can avoid occurring wrong frequency level operation when user terminal attending several MBMS services, therefore, reaching the highest process efficiency most quickly with least power consumption, and improving the efficiency of user terminal. |
