RADIATING SUBSTRATE AND POWER SOURCE UNIT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a radiating substrate. SOLUTION: A radiating substrate comprises a radiating board 8, and a plurality of component mounting portions provided on the radiating board 8. The component mounting portions have an insulating layer 11 formed on the radiating board 8 and a wiring pattern 12 formed on the insulating layer 11. The radiating board 8 is folded between the component mounting portions adjacent to each other. This forms the radiating substrate 7 in a compact solid shape and miniaturizes the radiating substrate 7 according to the inside space of a set. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
