PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress interference between a vehicle body side surface part and a battery pack in a case such as collision from the vehicle body side surface. SOLUTION: A structure for mounting the battery pack on a vehicle is equipped with a floor panel 6 having side members 5 extended in the vehicle longitudinal direction arranged and installed on the lower surface on both sides in the vehicle width direction, and the battery pack 1 placed on the floor panel 6. This battery pack 1 has an outline shape such that the dimension in the vehicle width direction becomes smaller at the upper side position than that at the lower side position in the vehicle height direction.
