PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation state recording device capable of obtaining the operation state of a rider on a two-wheeled vehicle. SOLUTION: The operation state recording device comprises: a camera 1 mounted to the two-wheeled vehicle B; an acceleration detecting means 2 of detecting the front-rear acceleration Gx and lateral acceleration Gy of the two-wheeled vehicle B; and a storage means 34 of storing image data including image data photographed by the camera 1 at the time when the condition that the absolute value of the detected front-rear acceleration Gx exceeds a front-rear acceleration thresholdαor the condition that the absolute value of the detected lateral acceleration Gy exceeds a lateral acceleration thresholdβis satisfied.
