PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply device capable of preventing bubbles from being mixed in a fluid to be supplied. SOLUTION: This fluid supply structure comprises an ink supply hole 42 to which an ink supply needle 34 having an ink injection hole 32 formed at the tip portion is inserted to supply ink, a valve 44 provided to the ink supply hole 42, and a seal member 45 which has the valve 44 placed thereon and allows the ink supply hole 42 to be opened or closed by the displacement of the valve 44. A contact member 54 which is formed to be deformable along the tip shape of the ink supply needle 34 is provided to the inner side of a placement projection 52 for placing the valve 44 to the seal member 45.
