PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition capable of forming an organic-inorganic composite capable of exhibiting weather and stain resistances and transparency at high levels. SOLUTION: The aqueous organic-inorganic composite composition is characterized by comprising colloidal silica (A) having 7-20 mmol/g content of alkoxy groups and/or hydroxy groups bound to silicon atom and a polymer emulsion particle (B) having 1-20 mmol/g content of the alkoxy groups and/or the hydroxy groups bound to the silicon atom.
