<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller for a water heater capable of being intuitively operated such as a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: This remote controller for the water heater comprises a dot display portion 1, and a plurality of switches 3-6, and the plurality of switches 3-6 are disposed around the neighborhood of the dot display portion 1 at positions corresponding to display contents of the dot display portion 1.
