<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminator which enables the attachment of a diaphragm to be performed simply, without using an attaching frame. <P>SOLUTION: The laminator 100 includes an upper chamber 110 fitted with a diaphragm 140 on the underside and a lower chamber 120 on which the upper chamber 110 is laid and which is equipped in the inside with a supporting table 130 to mount a workpiece A to be laminated. In the above laminator the diaphragm 140 is made larger than the upper chamber, the part projecting from the upper chamber is folded, and the folded part is pressed against the side of the upper chamber with a plurality of clamps to fix the diaphragm to the chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
