PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment method of a battery pack, in which a difference of charging amounts of a plurality of secondary batteries composing a battery pack can be made small; and an expansion of a battery voltage difference of the secondary batteries, the expansion accompanying adjustment of charging amounts, can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The adjustment method of a battery pack includes a first adjustment process (step S3) in which each of first batteries A is discharged, and a charging amount of each of the first batteries A is set within a range of a charging amount range X determined from a charging amount of second batteries B, or after the second batteries are charged by equal amounts of electricity, respectively, a charging amount of each of the first batteries A is set within a range of a charging amount range X determined from the charging amount of the second batteries B after charging. Furthermore, the method includes, in addition to the first adjustment process (step S3), a second adjustment process (step S4) in which both of the first batteries A and the second batteries B are discharged or charged by a same amount of electricity.
