PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a vaporizer provided with a lever type pressure regulating valve by simplifying an attachment structure of a valve element to a valve lever without accompanying drop in sealing performance. SOLUTION: A rubber made coming-off prevention part continuing to a small diameter part at a base end side via a stepped part from a large diameter part getting thicker in a tapered shape toward the base end side from a tip is provided on a valve element mainly formed out of rubber material, provided with a seal part 80b to a valve seat 82 at a lower surface side, and attached under a condition where the same can oscillate in a predetermined range by inserting an attachment shaft 80a provided with projecting from an upper surface side into an attachment hole 84b of the valve lever 84. The attachment shaft 80a is elastically contracted and is fitted through the attachment hole 84b of the valve lever 84. Consequently, the large diameter part projecting out of an reverse side expands and locks with an opening part of the attachment hole 84b and the valve element can be attached to the valve lever.
