摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle power supply device improved in accuracy for detecting the charging state of an accumulation device which is charged from the outside. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle power supply device comprises: batteries B1, B2; charging devices (a charger 6, boosting converters 12A, 12B, and inverters 14, 22) which are constituted to allow internal charging operations for conducting charging by using power generated by motor generators MG1, MG2, and external charging operations for conducting charging by being connected to a power supply 8 outside a vehicle; and a control device 30 which detects the charging states of the batteries B1, B2 and controls the charging devices.
