<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device capable of being downsized. <P>SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 includes a plurality of semiconductor modules 2 having two power terminals 21. The semiconductor modules 2 are arranged on a line in the X direction. A positive-electrode bus bar 3a, a negative-electrode bus bar 3b, and a plurality of AC bus bars 4 are connected to the power terminals 21 of the semiconductor modules 2. The positive-electrode bus bar 3a and the negative-electrode bus bar 3b are connected to a plurality of power terminals 21a and 21b arranged in the X direction at one side in the Y direction. The plurality of AC bus bars 4 are connected to a plurality of power terminals 21c arranged in the X direction at the other side in the Y direction. An external connection terminal 40 of each AC bus bar 4 is mounted on a mounting surface 50 of a terminal block 5.
