<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high heat resistance without subjecting magnetic powder or a resin to special treatment using an oxidation inhibitor or the like, in an anisotropic bonded magnet. <P>SOLUTION: Nd-Fe-B based HDDR anisotropic magnetic powder is transformed into a compound together with a thermoplastic resin to be injection molded, the Nd-Fe-B based HDDR anisotropic magnetic powder having a particle size distribution where a content of magnetic particles having a particle size of less than 30 μm is 10 vol.% or less and a content of magnetic particles having a particle size exceeding 150 μm is 20 vol.% or less. Accordingly, an anisotropic bonded magnet having high heat resistance can be provided without subjecting magnetic powder or a resin to special treatment using an oxidation inhibitor or the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
