PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive memo sheet that has little curl when peeled from an adhesive memo pad or from an object applied therewith, and that hardly generates curl due to change in temperature or humidity and reduces the likelihood of falling off when applied to an object, and also to provide an adhesive memo pad composed of laminated adhesive memo sheets. SOLUTION: The adhesive memo sheet is formed in a state in which an adhesive layer is dispersed on one side of a paper substrate. The adhesive memo sheet is characterized in that (a) a tensile strength of the paper substrate in the paper making direction prescribed in JIS P8113 is 1.4-2.0 times the tensile strength perpendicular to the paper making direction and that (b) the area of the adhesive layer formed in the dispersed state is 15-70% of the surface area of the paper substrate. The adhesive memo pad is a lamination of a plurality of adhesive memo sheets, wherein the component memo sheets are laminated so that the paper making directions coincide in the paper substrates comprising the pad.
