PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a game machine which is configured to facilitate confirmation of a fixing device. SOLUTION: The control device A which is assembled into a form in which a control board 1 is housed in an internal space of a case 4 is mounted on an opposite side member B while opposing the front of a base wall in a case base 2 to the back of the opposite side member B, so that when a public institution checks the control device A and a worker who performs the check watches the control device A that is mounted on the opposite side member B from the back, electric parts of the control board 1 in the internal space of the case 4, a connector 5 protruded from the case 4, and a cover side coupling part 36 or a base side coupling part 23 can be watched through a light transmissive synthetic resin case cover 3, thereby easily confirming which fixing screw of fixed portions 39, 47 seals the case base 2 and the case cover 3 so as not to be opened.
