PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device which permits high security, simple game machine replacement work and simple inspection work of whether or not the game machine is appropriate to be realized. SOLUTION: The game control device 10 is formed of a one-chip hybrid IC, incorporated in the lower left corner of a game board 1a visibly from the outside, and covered with a metal case 5a and a transparent radiowave absorbing sheet 7 to block electromagnetic waves. The game control device 10 has an LED 31 announcing the winning of a Pachinko ball in a type 1 start opening #1, an LED 33 announcing the winning of a Pachinko ball in the type 1 start opening #2, an LED 35 announcing that a special pattern display device 25 is in operation, and an LED 37 announcing that a type 1 special electronic accessory 27 is in operation, has an optical connector 41 to optically communicate with an inspection device, and inspects the appropriateness of the game control device 10 by optical communication.
