PURPOSE: A control device of an ISG(Idle Stop & Go) vehicle is provided to prevent a rapid increase in the temperature of a vehicle indoor space caused by entering into an ISG mode under a condition of high indoor temperature. CONSTITUTION: A control device of an ISG vehicle comprises a control unit(20) preventing an engine(30) and an air conditioner from being stopped by preventing entering into an ISG mode if outdoor temperature is over reference temperature in an idle mode of a vehicle. When the outdoor temperature is less than reference temperature, the control unit allows entering into the ISG mode. The reference temperature for preventing entering into the ISG mode and the reference temperature for allowing entering into the ISG mode are set differently.
