<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent supply air needed for cooling from decreasing due to stain of a filter. <P>SOLUTION: An enclosure for a textile machine comprises: an opening 2 for supply air; an opening 3 for exhaust air; a ventilator 4 for forcibly pumping the supplying air into the enclosure 1 through the opening 2 for supply air, and a filter screen 5 for cleaning the supply air. The filter screen 5 is formed as an outer circumference surface of a cylindrical assembly 6. The opening 2 for supply air is arranged in a range of an upper surface of the cylindrical assembly 6.
