PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of securing a stroke of a valve body large with respect to a pressure receiving diameter of a diaphragm.SOLUTION: A control valve 1 includes: a diaphragm 18 comprising a resin film for partitioning a body 5 into a valve chamber 20 and a back pressure chamber 22; a valve body 24 arranged in the valve chamber 20; a disc 48 arranged in the back pressure chamber 22; a spring 64 for energizing the valve body 24 toward the diaphragm 18; and a spring 66 for energizing the disc 48 toward the diaphragm 18. The disc 48 includes: a flat surface 70 formed at the central part on an opposing surface to the diaphragm 18, and for coming into contact with the diaphragm 18; and a tapered surface 72 formed continuously on the outside in a radial direction of the flat surface 70, inclining toward the side being separated from the diaphragm 18, and attached to/detached from the diaphragm 18 according to the opening/closing operation of the valve body 24.
