PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a head end of a feed water hose from jumping about by reaction of a bursting water flow at the time when the hose feeding pressure water to inject downward from a lower end of a pile 2 comes out on the ground in a runaway state while receiving supply of high pressure water due to a trouble or an accident. SOLUTION: A female type coupler 15 is fastened on a lower end part-of a pile 2, and a feed water hose is connected to a male type coupler 16. Thereafter, a sideway water outlet 16d to open to a side surface by being branched from a central water inlet 16c is drilled on the male type coupler 16, the male type coupler 16 is covered with a cap type slide valve 17, the cap type slide valve 17 is inserted into the female type coupler 15 and it is stopped from falling by a rivet 10.
