PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a powdery cosmetic containing ascorbic acid magnesium phosphate increase safety to pollution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa without increasing antiseptics such as Paraben (R) by mixing citric acid or its salt. SOLUTION: This cosmetic contains ascorbic acid magnesium phosphate mixed with citric acid or its salt. As a powder cosmetic applicable to this invention is, e.g. a foundation, an eye color, pressed powder or face powder is exemplified.
