PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paddle wheel type delivery device inexpensive and capable of realizing reliable carrying of products to a paddle wheel in a web rotary press. SOLUTION: In a paddle wheel type delivery device of a type in which a driven paddle wheel 1 is provided, products are supplied toward the paddle wheel 1 and products are mounted on belts 6, 7 for carrier, the paddle wheel 1 is constituted to be driven by a position control type motor 10 disposed in the paddle wheel 1.
