PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing a pet from breaking out by securing safety of the pet and comfortableness at the same time. SOLUTION: This device covers the whole or a part of a car window 30 and is mounted on the window 30 from inside the car or at the window part and formed by a net body 10 strong enough to resist impact given by the pet when the pet tries to break out of the window to outside and smaller in variation than that for a resin film when the pet collies and by a fixture 20 for detachably fix the net body 10 on a vehicle.
