PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink impregnated into a seal material from being dried. SOLUTION: Black ink is delivered from a nozzle 5a of a printing head 5 for delivering black ink to apply the black ink to a non-sealing region of the surface of a seal material 12a of a stamp 12, and thereafter the surface of the seal material 12a is irradiated with infrared rays by an infrared radiation device 6. Next, color ink is delivered from a nozzle 81 of a printing head 8 for delivering color ink to apply the color ink to a sealing region of the surface of the material 12a of the stamp 12. Further, a drying preventive agent is delivered from a nozzle 82 of the head 8 to apply the agent to the sealing region of the surface 12a, thereby adding the drying preventive agent to the color ink.
