PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced metallic sheet main body wherein a printer chassis and a frame are combined to be a single structure of a high rigidity and it can be economically and easily manufactured. SOLUTION: For a printer frame 12 equipped with a metallic sheet framework structure 14 storing a castable polymer filler, the frame 12 is manufactured by forming the metallic sheet framework by using connection of a groove 38 to the groove 38 or the groove 38 to a tab 36 form a metallic sheet component. The filler material, thereafter, is strategically poured into a hollow part 16 and a tank part 18 which are generated in the case where connection components are bonded to each other. When the filler is hardened, the completed printer frame 12 generates structural support having an improved vibration damping property.
