PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make attaching and detaching operation of a substrate to and from a printer easy even in the case where the printer is connected to an external apparatus with a cable. SOLUTION: A printer 2 which prints an image on paper based on an inputted image data and has an exhaust tray for exhausting the printed paper, and a scanner 3 which is attached to the printer 2 to be fixed and connected to the printer 2 via an electricity connecting cable 500 are provided. A substrate part wherein an interface substrate 24 related with control of a driving part of the printer 2 and an image control substrate 25 are arranged, is provided just below the exhaust tray in the printer 2. The interface substrate 24 having a connector 201 for electrically connecting the printer 2 to the scanner 3, is arranged in the uppermost part of the substrate part.
