PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with excessive manufacturing precision of a torque rod bracket and a chassis frame, and reduce the overall weight of an air suspension. SOLUTION: A halfway portion along vehicle length of a baseplate 12 abutting an undersurface of a flange 1c of the chassis frame 1 has a recessed portion 12a kept from abutment on a waved or wrinkled portion of the undersurface of the flange 1c. A vehicle rear side of a side plate 13 abutting a web 1a of the chassis frame 1 is separated widthwise outward from the chassis frame 1, in a region from a given position toward the vehicle rear, so as to be kept from abutment on a waved or wrinkled portion W1 of the web 1a.
