PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively remove chips stuck to a pulley. SOLUTION: In an ingot cutter wherein a pair of pulleys 7 arranged by being separated from each other, and a driving mechanism wherein an endless blade 9 is wound around peripheral surfaces of a pair of those pulleys and the pulleys 7 are rotatively driven, a pulley cleaning mechanism for cleaning the peripheral surfaces of the pulleys 7 is provided. The pulley cleaning mechanism is composed of a spray mechanism 16 for spraying cleaning liquid on the exposed peripheral surfaces of the pulleys 7.
