摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical communication module having higher coupling efficiency. SOLUTION: The optical communication module includes: a sleeve (106) which holds one end section of an optical fiber (102) that transmits optical signals; an optical element section (13) in which an optical element (120) transmitting and receiving optical signals is arranged inside a package (114); and a fixing means (108) which fixes between the sleeve and the optical element section. The optical element (120) is placed on the extended line of the optical axis of the optical fiber (102) in the state where the element (120) is deviated from the center position of the package.
