<p>The circuit has a radiation shield with a pattern connected to the ground, and another pattern connected to an electrical radiation generator. The patterns are constituted of metallic wires and are produced from an upper metallic layer of a metal/insulator sandwich multilayer at the time of process of the circuit fabrication. The latter pattern is overlaid without contacting the former pattern.</p> |
