A metal reflector and a fabrication method thereof are provided to obtain high optical characteristics by dissipating generated heat without being sensitive to high temperature. In a fabrication method of a metal reflector, a body including at least one metal is provided. The shape of a reflector(1) is formed by using at least one material removal machinery process. The material removal machinery process includes a chip formation process, especially a boring and/or milling. The material removal process included a discharge machinery process. The surface of the reflector is processed by lapping, grinding, and/or polishing. |
