<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can specify an original transmitting party of a document even when the received document is converted to a particular file format and transmitted. <P>SOLUTION: A user establishes a transfer condition for transmitting the received document beforehand using an operation unit. When the received document satisfies the special transfer condition (S2); a communication device acquires transmitter information showing a transmitter of the document (S3), converts the document to a particular format (S4), adds the transmitter information to the document of the special format (S5), and transfers the document of the particular format to a transfer destination (S6). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
