<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor speed indicating method that makes it possible to reduce a footprint of equipment and cost. <P>SOLUTION: A motor speed controller 1 is supplied with power from a power supply 2 and operates and controls a motor 3 at a predetermined speed. The controller is constructed of a speed control circuit 11, a control microcomputer 12, a speed setting circuit 13, and a speed indication unit 14. The thousands digit, hundreds digit, tens digit, and units digit of indicated speed [r/m] are allocated to indicating elements LED1 to LED4. These indicating elements LED1 to LED4 are controlled and blinked by the number of times corresponding to the respective digit numeric value in a certain period of time by an indication control program.
