<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device that has light emission characteristics as close to a circular shape as possible and can be driven a low DC voltage to emit light. <P>SOLUTION: An LED light-emitting device 10 mounted with a plurality of LED elements 1 in a circular element mounting region 7 is provided with a pair of counter electrodes above and below the element mounting region, LED element arrays being constituted in the element mounting region in a shape close to a circle on the whole by making the number of LED elements constituting LED element arrays on both sides less than the number of LED elements constituting a center LED element array. A plurality of LED element groups comprising the same number of LED elements are formed by connecting the LED elements constituting the plurality of arrays in series, and connected in parallel between the pair of counter electrodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
