PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly reduced in installation space.SOLUTION: A connector assembly 110 comprises a board connector 114 equipped with a connector housing 120 so configured as to permit fitting to a circuit board and having a receiving slot 180 opening in a perpendicular direction 150 parallel to an elevation angle axis 191 and a connecting mechanism 116 having a support frame 152 fitted to the board connector 114 and so extending as to keep away from the board connector 114 along the elevation angle axis 191. When the board connector 114 is fitted to the circuit board, the elevation angle axis 191 is orthogonal to the circuit board, and the connecting mechanism 116 has a latch body 154 fitted to the support frame 152 and opposing the receiving slot 180 to regulate a module receiving space so configured as to receive a module card.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
