displaying a first user interface capable of providing a view of video from an endoscopic camera; displaying a second user interface associated with annotating the video, the second user interface overlaying the first user interface; receiving a voice command or gesture command to select an annotation tool associated with the second user interface; receiving an annotation to the video from the annotation tool, the annotation comprising a user image and a video time tag; displaying the annotation associated with the second user interface overlaid over the first user interface.
