PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device which controls a robot to urge a user to take a voluntary action.SOLUTION: A control part (10) of a robot (1) includes a display control part (11) which displays a face image with expression urging a user to take action corresponding to an output value when the output value from a sensor part (60) is out of a prescribed range, and a degree setting part (12) which sets an urging degree.
