PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate to what extent a user's exercise is appropriate in a relationship with a condition on which a good training effect can be acquired.SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor 116 detects acceleration of a user's wrist. A distortion sensor 121 detects contraction and expansion of a muscle of a user's arm that moves the user's wrist. An evaluation part 220 of an information processing device 20 calculates a physical state evaluation value V1'pp/V2'pp indicating the user's tiredness, a body condition, etc. based on a peak-to-peak difference V1'pp of an acceleration waveform sample V1' indicating the acceleration of the user's wrist, and a peak-to-peak difference V2'pp of a contraction waveform sample V2' indicating contraction and expansion of the muscle of the arm, and displays the calculation result in an information output part 240.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
