摘要 Provided is a method for manufacturing a high-pressure solid-electrolyte aluminum electrolytic capacitor, comprising: (1) soldering a core cladding onto an iron bar, applying a voltage for processing, and after processing, cleaning and drying; (2) immersing the dried core cladding in a dispersion for impregnation for 1-30 minutes; (3) removing the core cladding from the dispersion, vacuumizing, then immersing the core cladding in a dispersion for impregnation for 1-10 minutes; (4) keeping the core cladding in the dispersion, and breaking the vacuum and repressurizing, the impregnation time being 1-10 minutes; (5) keeping the core cladding in the dispersion, and deflating to atmospheric pressure, the impregnation time being 1-10 minutes; (6) removing the core cladding, placing the core cladding to dry at 65°C-100°C for 20-60 minutes, and then placing the core cladding to dry at 135°C-165°C for 20-60 minutes; (7) repeating steps (3) to (6) at least once; (8) sealing into a casing and aging; said dispersion being a dispersion containing an electrically conductive polymer. The described manufacturing method results in a solid capacitor having a low ESR value and a high withstand voltage, and also results in a low leakage current.
